The decline of music

People dont seem to understand music anymore. Its now just commercialized garbage. The producers dictate to the consumers and are blindly followed. *cough*MTV*cough*

When I ask people if they kisten to Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Led Zep, Nirvana....GnR,Iron Maiden, Sabbath and the list goes on..and on.. im stared at as if i suddenly grew an extra head.

All that peple listen to is a variation of ' Ill take you to my crib gurl, come sit in my car, or some whiny guy with a chipmunk voice singin some unintelligible crap.

People just dont appreciate rock, metal or any music with meaning anymore. Ive realized that one reason is there is no exposure and no one noes where to listen.

Cumon people all the smart ones know that evrything that is popular is WRONG---

Music has "past tense" changed to a point where there is no message. The original medium of recorded music seems to have evolved from Telling a story, to stating a message, to,. well what ever the hell music is now. I just pull out the old stuff an wish they were still creating.
