I don't know what this may be but I'm havin' an error or something.

I have an account. Last year I made this character..and left it lvl 32 summoner. Quited for a while, and started again few months later....My character dissapeared so I started another character. Same Summoner, but this time it's better. I don't remember what lvl I left it over but It's more than 32...I had to quit again. Now I have started again yesterday and It show me my lvl 32 summoner I had at the begining. How can I get my other character? My higher lvl one...I don't understand what could've happen but I want my other account if possible.
