HOLLYWOOD - Actress Eva Mendes has reportedly checked into the Utah rehab facility where Lindsay Lohan spent last summer. Reports suggest the Hitch star is battling substance abuse issues, but full details weren't available as WENN went to press.

Sources tell TMZ.com that Mendes was admitted to Cirque Lodge last month.
