Went to shops around looking for the camera that I wanted to test out but no one sold it. So I gave up and just asked the last shop to recommend me something.
The thing I especially needed was a very good macro. That should also come with good colour composition? and clarity.
So the guy suggested a Sony Cybershot DSC-TX1.
I got the gold one ^^
Of course, I tried a few cameras but kept comparing it to this first one. Weighed pros an cons, etc. My test subject for the cameras was my boyfriend's watch.
I have to reduce the image size for this of course..
Then I zoomed in the picture to check the details.
you can clearly see the raised logo <3
I needed it to take good macro for jewellery so I tested it on my bracelet when I got it.
Looky at all those scratches you can't see with your own eye ^^
I don't think I can upload unedited size pictures here since it lags too much. But I'll try find a place to upload the original for this.
Panorama Shot
yes.. that's me~
Night Shot
at a cafe. there's a red light over our table that explains the redness of it.
it's a zippo btw.
Night Shot 2
cats at the garage and i tested how well it works at night.
hmm.. I think it looks just like how i saw it.
The limitions to the camera IMO is that it has a 4x optical zoom (not bothered by it). I have yet to adjust myself to take pictures of things in dark places with 'christmas lights' - it has troubled me because humans go dark and the lights were just right. Using flash was too bright that loses the surrounding atmosphere.
I like the touch screen~ and the way you can just poke the area of the screen to make it focus there. I got a scratch on the lcd screen already because I used their plastic pointer =( but I got myself a screen protector already. O.. it smudges so so much without the screen protector. Lotsa functions that I left out in here. It would be a really long blog.
This camera d(n_n)b I like.
