Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team For DS: Where can I find a TM called "Dive"?

Yes you have read the title, and... I'm wondering where I can find Dive. I've tried looking in the Kelceon Shop but it never appears! If any of you could teach me a glitch... or at least give me a cheat on how to get Dive, I would be very happy because, you see, I'm trying to get to this dungeon, "Stormy Sea", and it says I need the TM Dive to enter. So, yeah... that's why I need that TM. Please help!
