hi all, need some help on my upload and download.
my download go's at 300 kb/s max and i can only upload at 50 kb/s max i have a 8mb broadband connection with AOL, my tcp/ip says it is only half open at 10.
any help would be greatfull if you understand my question im new to this so please give me feedback in a simple way that i can understand.
