BITCOMET NEEDS HELP.....(updated)

Dear everybody please read this post...i,ve just been on google to search for an address on bitcomet and i,ve just been presented with a malware warning from google and stopbadware.org...

please at the moment be careful of opening yours or anyones blog......am warming people of this because i,ve been trashed and infected and gone thru lots of remedies to put the new post on and also to repair my computer.......

thanks for reading lets hope bitcomet read this and help us...

AM RUNNING XP PROFESSIONAL WITH SP2 AND INTERNET EXPLORER 7 AND FULLY UPDATED.........

PLUS MCAFEE ANTI VIRUS.......AND ALSO OTHER UTILITIES.....

please just go search on google for your own page....or just about anyone,s page or name and have a look.....???

good news for every one it appears that the problem has be sorted on google wheey heeey...cool

I had the same problem. everytime i went to anyones blog i kept getting warnings from my antivirus program that virus JS/Downloader.Agent was found in my temporary internet files. I couldn't heal it so i had to move it to the vault. and i was getting three or four everytime i went to a new page! Switched from mcafee to my avg and the problem seemed to go away. could just be a coincidence though...

L don't have any problems with the site at moment. My Norton AV is quiet, but thanks for the worning.

I don't like Google's worning that this site can harm my computer..... I tried to start Google's verification tool, but it failed.

May be I didn't do it right?

well what do you know, i have been battered stupid last week by the same thing , ive windows vista, ie7 norton,and various utils, had very hard time getting everything back in order, it was getting to the stage of flying pc's. i ran various adware/malware progs and reg clean, system clean etc.you also have to beware that after you think its gone, it is not hiding, so run complete clean removing all but very trusted cookies.as they say shit happens, so i know who you feel. thanks again for posting this.as it now explains how i got it.take care,hey keep the pics rollin in cheers

Yep had the same prob a few weeks ago and there is a way of stopping this with 3 easy steps as follows

1-Restart pc and go to control panel

2-Goto system then device manager and select network adapters

3-Smash pc with 14oz claw hammer 5 times if problem still occours you have a well hard pc

I've seen it too!I got out as soon as possible and I didn't log in till today!

I don't know what's going on but I'm trying to be as carefull as I can!

Yeah, funny how Google does this (to me too) but they're still quite happy to advertise on here!

umm i use firefox and i have no problems but my computer does a virus scan and up date every day i did know it doesn't do to much damage

Hi Chris

The same thing has been happening to me for one month and my internet explorer has been acting funny since then. I also got the warning for JS/downloader agent. I changed my antivrus to Nod32 and it does not show it now, anyway lets be on the lookout. One more thing I am getting popups when I click on anybodys link on my blog.
