HOLLYWOOD - Naomi Campbell risks a modeling ban in the U.S. if she is charged following her alleged fight with a police officer on Thursday.
The supermodel has been released on bail after she was arrested at London's Heathrow airport following a dispute over her luggage.
According to reports, Campbell spat at an officer and was handcuffed as she left the British Airways aircraft, which had yet to take off from the Heathrow's new Terminal 5 building.
Her representative claims she was unfairly treated by airport staff--but legal experts warn the latest in a long line of incidents involving the 37-year-old could rob her of her right to work in America.
Visa expert Jonathan Ginsburg tells the New York Post, "It depends on what the charges are. The only thing that could get her in trouble is if she's charged with an aggravated felony."
Just last year, Campbell was forced to complete a community service sentence, mopping floors at a New York sanitation department, after she was convicted of assaulting her maid with her BlackBerry cell phone.
