Open http://blog.bitcomet.com/index.aspx or http://www.tocomet.com/default.aspx, click "sign in" on the right top of the page, you will be redirected to the sign in page. Sign in with your username and password. When you have sign in, the "Sign in" link text turns to your user name. Click on the name, you will entre your own control panel.

Check the left table in your control panel, you will find a text link "New Post", click it to make a new post.
You can add categories and choose a category for your post in your blog. These categories works only in your blog (blog.bitcomet.com) not ToComet.com. There is a category named "My postbar". Articles in this categories won't be shown on the index page of your blog.
You can add some tags to the post. Tags are split by comma. Post with tags will be shown in the corresponding sections in ToComet.com. I.e., if you write a post named "BitComet Help" and add a tag "BitComet" to it. Your will see this "BitComet Help" in "BitComet" section in ToComet.com (http://www.tocomet.com/topic/bitcomet/). If there is no existing section for this tag, our system will create it for you. I.e., if you add "BitComet FAQ" tag to "BitComet Help" article, the system will create a new section named "BitComet FAQ" for you.
