Activity Rules:

1. You can convert your BC Score into platinum according to a conversion ratio of 10:1. For example, if you have 17910 score in your BitComet account, you can change 1791 platinum. WOW! What is a BC Score? Check Here

2. There are four time windows during the test run period to make your conversion: July 25 - July 31, August 1 - August 10, August 11 - August 20 and August 21 - August 31.
During each time window you can exchange at most 50 platinum. Therefore, you will be able to convert at most 200 platinum during this activity period, but we might hold future activities of such kind, and you can continue to convert more scores into platinum every month!

This activity will have its test run from July 25, 2008 to August 31, 2008. (We might continue this event afterwards.)

3. You must own a BitComet Passport account to make the conversion. The converted Platinum will be available in the same MWO account as the Bitcomet Passport. (you can use your Bitcomet Passport to log into MWO directly).

4. Each player is eligible to claim the platinum in one Bitcomet account only.

I don't understand how you recieve it though... can you be more indepth about the process of doing it. what do you click to send your score and receive platnuim?

I hawe problem to i hawe bit comet passport but when i registered there wos not be anny game i am old user but trouble is there i hawe over 25k points how to resolve it???

I cant login whit my old account in the game!!!WHAT to do???

  • I think u need to reactivate ur old acc. So Following Steps below plz 

    1: login ur old acc on bit comet

    2: Start http://mwo.playcomet.com/

    3：Click Register

    Make sure do it 1 by 1, there u go!

     

    Points can not transfer into pt, only Score

everytime i press the mcomet/bitcomet, this message pops up.

"Can't find your account in Magic World Online. Make sure you've active your MWO account in BitComet Passport."

but my account is already active.

    If yes, login your bc account, then press the server which your char play in.

For those who have old accounts, just make sure you register a new mwo account with your butcomet details and credit the new account you can then just trade the items from mall to your other account. For instance if you have a bitcomet account named heatman then make sure you create an mwo account called heatman and then just log into the score page with your heatman account to credit it.

  • I first had a MWO account but have been using BT for a long time (found out about MWO through BT).

    Then this promo started. I started using the new software and have earned an ok score. but I do not understand how to convert the score to platinum?

    I have read the mwo.playcomet.com/score several times but it makes no reference to where to go and what to press.

  • I am able to log into BC so the passport is good. I have been playing MWO for some time now. Both accounts are under the same username. I read somewhere that I need to click register to activate the accounts and link them but when I do I am told the account already exists. Does this mean I have to set up a new account? If so how can I do that since both accounts have the same name already.

i have followed all the advice told by everybody, but when i click on the [Bitcomet] button to claim plats, this msg appeared

"Can't find your account in Magic World Online. Make sure you've active your MWO account in BitComet Passport."

why is this happening? and dont say to register another account using the same username and password...are u kidding?

Everytime I try to claim the platinum, I am told that it has been transfered. However, when I check my platinum level at the mall it does not show up. can you answer some questions about the transfer?

Can you tell me why the platinum not show up in my mall account?

Do I have to do anything else to get the platinum?

How can I make sure that the platinum is going to my account?

I get a message stating that the claim for platinum from my bc score has been successful and that 50 platinum have now been sent to my account but it does not show up when I check my platinum amount at the mall. How can I make sure that the platinum is being sent to my account and not someone elses account? Do I need to do anything else to get the platinum?

Bueno me encantaria ayudarles en ingles, pero como no soy muy habil pues toca en mi idioma paterno. Para poder cambiar los score de bitcomet a platinum para jugar el MWO lo que hice fue lo siguiente:

1. Me meti a esta pagina: http://passport.bitcomet.com/client/register/?l=en-us&continue=http://mwo.playcomet.com/&isfromgame=1 una vez allí accedi con mis datos de siempre, es decir con los que siempre he usado en mi Bitcomet, de esta manera queda ingresado tu login.

2. Despues de esto volvi a esta pagina: http://mwo.playcomet.com/?wwwplaycomet y allí di click sobre el boton REGISTER, y el servidor solito asocio mi cuenta con el servidor del juego MWO

3. Finalmente fui a esta pagina: http://mwo.playcomet.com/score/ y allí le di click sobre el boton BITCOMET y nuevamente el servidor me hizo todo el proceso, haciendome la conversión final de los puntos.

NO HE PROBADO SI LA PUNTUACION ME SIRVE PARA INGRESAR BIEN AL JUEGO, PERO POR LO MENOS PUDE CAMBIAR LOS PUNTOS, espero haber ayudado.

I have been trying to convert my bc score into platinum for several weeks and I keep getting messages saying that the conversion has been successful and the platinum will be sent to my account. However, the platinum does not show up when I check my account balance at the mall. This has been going on for weeks, how can I check that the platinum is being sent to the correct account or find ount what has happened to the missing platinum?

i have a problem with my comet account. I made an account and the password will not work, and when i try to change it it says game password reset error.

i was forced to make another account that works but it is not the same as my Magic world online account so i cant transfer my points. and the new comet passport account is not enabled for MWO. how do i activate it after i create it, or how do i reset my old comet passport account so i can use it

  • I think ur passport doesn't activate in MWO. Please follow these steps as below:

    And I also belive there is something wrong with ur Retrieve.

I see. but i only manage to convert 50 plat only. is not my Comet score lessit will show me pls come agains after 10days.

LOL it's because u can only get 50 plats for 10 days. If u want more u have to wait another 10 days & u can exchange another 50 plats.

I've got the same thing going on I waited a week or so. Someone told me to wait 5-7 business, I did it never came. Say's it was claimed. But it never showed up. I talked to the in game moderators at MWO and they said to contact BitComet Moderators. I'm not sure how to go about doing so.
