If your task stops downloading or gets stuck at a high percentage stop the task and right-click the task and choose manual re-hash.   Usually after I re-hash I'll go into the task's properties and move all unfinished files to the top of the download order list. Afterwards start the task again and so far its worked everytime.      Also make sure that what your downloading is still located in your designated "downloads" folder.
