Here's an update on whats going on with my son and such. Last night i just got back from going to Virginia for court. I had to be there for the 4th of this month, and i found out a few other thing's. Apperantly the condition's my son were in were so bad that the 3 cop's that where there all wanted to be there for court to testify, even though one was only needed. And i now have legal representation to protect my parental right's. Even though my devoirce paper's state that i have joint custody, but thats from the courts in my state, not Virginia. So i now have a court apointed laywer. And i also found out that my ex - wife and her husband may be looking at federal charge's for the level of neglact of the children. Thing's aren't looking to good for the both of them, exspecial her husband, since he's in the navy and knew what was going on and never did any thing about it. Oh a bit more on the liveing condition's, the house was infested with cockroach's, there were piles of dirty cloth's on the floor, moldy food on the counter's and the fridge, strong spell of urin, rabit poop on the floor. With all that the police officer saw and smelt combined with my son's youngest sibling eating a stale cracker off the floor, I'm surprised the cop didn't tose his cookie's. The up side was i got to see my son. He's doing better now that he's on medication and seeing a counceler, even though he severly needs to see a dentist, he has one tooth thats side ways and his upper two front teeth are pointed out from sucking his thumb. Yes my son is 9 years old and his mother never tried to break him of sucking his thumb. And i never could do it cause i barely got to se him. I've seen him twice with in the last 5 years. So with any luck i'll be able to get my son back.
